  • Insulation: R1.5 insulation batts with sarking wrap to external walls, R2.5 insulation batts to all ceilings

  • Kitchen: Polyurethane cupboards with laminated benchtop, stainless steel sink with single drainer and flip mixer tap, tiled splashback with wall cupboards

  • Bathroom: Porcelain toilet suite, vanity with acrylic top and gloss finish cabinet with mixer taps, fully tiled shower with mixer tap, integrated laundry space for convenience, fully tiled floor
