- Site Inspection: We will arrange a free, no obligation site feasibility assessment.
- Design: Each project is designed to suit the site and your own individual requirements. We are not a kit or factory builder and can normally access the more difficult sites. Our work as qualified home/granny flats builders showcases the uniqueness of each granny flat.
- Plans and Approval: We provide all the documentation and submit them on your behalf to the relevant local authority for approval.
